Terms of Service

LumiLearn is a hosted platform for academies and schools: programs and lessons, live Q&A with AI answers, student feedback and surveys, quizzes, and AI evaluation of teaching quality from lesson recordings. We provide it as a subscription and may add, change or retire features over time. Material reductions in functionality are announced to account owners in advance.

You must give accurate registration details, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for everything done under your account. An academy administrator may create, suspend or remove accounts within their workspace and can see the content and results in it. You must be at least 16 to hold an account in your own right; younger learners are enrolled by their academy under its supervision.

• Do not upload content you have no right to use, or that is unlawful or abusive.
• Do not record or upload a lesson without the consent required in your jurisdiction from everyone appearing in it.
• Do not attempt to break, probe or overload the service, or bypass access controls.
• Do not resell, sublicense or scrape the service, or use it to build a competing product.
• Do not use the AI features to make automated decisions with legal effect on a person.

We may suspend an account that puts the service, its data or other users at risk.

You keep all rights in the recordings, materials, feedback and other content you upload. You grant us a licence to host, process, transcribe and analyse it strictly to provide the service to you and your academy, and to keep backups. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell it.

Transcripts, evaluations and generated answers are produced by AI and can be incomplete or wrong. Treat them as decision support and review them before acting on them, particularly for anything touching a teacher's employment or a learner's assessment. We make no warranty as to their accuracy.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, in the currency shown at checkout. Usage above your plan's included evaluations is billed at the published overage rate. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We may change prices with 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal. Unpaid accounts may be suspended after notice.

We aim to keep LumiLearn available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced where practical. The service is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability under this agreement is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury.

You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may terminate for material breach that is not cured within 14 days of notice. On termination you can export your data for 30 days, after which we delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, and the courts of Yerevan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
